2: The goods or services for which is applied price difference quick compensation must be exactly the same as the purchased goods or services, including brand, model, specifications, quality, color,lens prescription, etc.
About Compensation standard:
Compensation according to the actual price difference: that is, compensation is made according to the difference between the purchase price and the current price. For example, if you spend $100 to buy a pair of eyeglasses, and a few days later the product drops to $80, then we will compensate you for the $20 price difference.
About Customers’ burden of proof:
Customers need to provide valid evidence to prove the fact of price reduction, such as purchase receipts, invoices and order information screenshots of price comparisons, etc.
As the seller,we have the right to verify the evidence provided, such as confirming whether the product really meets the conditions for quick compensation of price difference, and whether the evidence is true and valid, etc.
About Compensation method:

Other Terms:

2. Special product that do not support price protection
1)Products that are gifts and orders containing gifts do not support price protection.
2)The price difference compensation service excludes some special goods, such as clearance sale items, customized goods, flash sale products, buy - one - get - one - free items, etc.
3)After placing an order successfully, If the price difference is caused by payment discounts (including but not limited to coupons, points, etc.) is not applied to the price difference guarantee.
4)When applying for price protection, the product has been removed from the shelves, the product is out of stock and cannot be booked, and price protection is not supported
5)Products with special instructions on other product pages or activity rules do not support price protection.
2. Special orders that do not support price protection
1) Online payment orders that have not yet completed payment do not support price protection

4) Invalid orders that have been applied for cancellation/deleted/locked orders do not support price protection

Handling of force majeure or special circumstances:
1.when encountering force majeure (such as natural disasters, government policy adjustments, etc.) or special circumstances (such as system failures, price errors, etc.). If the price of the product is wrong due to a system failure, we need to decide whether to compensate for the price difference based on the specific circumstances after correcting the error.
2.Using this price protection service by any improper means or in violation of the principle of honesty and trustworthiness, such as cheating by colluding with other users or using machines, swiping or embezzling to make up for the difference, and other behaviors that disrupt the order of activities
3.The user lacks the willingness to trade, such as using the refund process, the difference making process Convenience is used to achieve improper purposes of obtaining rights or benefits, and a large number of refunds occur after making up the difference
4.The user is considered to have violated the relevant agreements or rules of the product or service provider, or has been restricted by the product or service provider from receiving services or purchasing goods.
