The Product Has No Quality Issues Within 60 Days:

For Glasses With Original Lenses: 10% of amount of your returned glasses will be refunded after we receive them, freight of your order(if any) will NOT be refunded, and return freight should be on your own. Please make sure packaging accessories are complete, otherwise your returned glasses will be rejected.

For Glasses With Customized Lenses: NO return request is accepted.

The Product Has Quality Issues Within 60 Days:

For Glasses With Original Lenses: Get a new pair for FREE, or get refund, freight included(if any).

For Glasses With Customized Lenses: Get a new pair for FREE, or get refund, freight included(if any).

Cancellation of Order Before You Receive The Product:

For Glasses With Original Lenses:

Cancellation of order before shipment: Deduction of 10% of glasses amount.
Cancellation of order after shipment: Deduction of 20% of glasses amount, freight not refunded.

For Glasses With Customized Lenses:

Cancellation of order before shipment: Deduction of 50% of glasses amount.
Cancellation of order after shipment: Deduction of 70% of glasses amount, freight not refunded.

NOTE: Except in the case that you don’t receive the product, other requests should be issued to service@support.com firstly, we will reply the requests within 12h, If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, a dispute may be filed then. If you issue a dispute without negotiation, your request may be rejected.
